KG Personnel is looking for Van Drivers to join one of our clients based in Thurrock. The company is a leader specialising in the distribution of pharmaceuticals across the UK – they deliver anything from painkillers to life-saving medication to local and nationwide surgeries, pharmacies, and hospitals.
The ideal candidate will be able to work Monday to Saturday. Shifts will usually start between 6 am/8 am and shifts may be up to 12 hours (shorter hours on Saturdays). We are looking for people with good work ethics and a positive working attitude. This is a long-term opportunity and suitable candidates may be offered a permanent contract at the end of 3 month period.
Person specification:
– very good written and verbal English communication skills
– must be over 21 years old and have no more than 6 points on driving licence
– previous multi-drop delivery experience
– must be physically fit and able to work long hours, if required
Successful candidates will be expected to be involved in some picking and packing duties from time to time, as required.
Location: Thurrock
Working days: Monday – Saturday, (approx. 55 hours per week)
Rate of pay:£10.50
