My client is currently searching for a Telesales Executive to join their team!
This is an opportunity for a talented and financially hungry individual to join the sales team with uncapped commission. If you like working in a fast-paced environment and are great at self-managing this could be the role for you. You will be selling electricity and gas contracts along with other related products and services.
You will be expected to contact new and existing customers and negotiate contracts. The successful candidate would have to have a proven track record in both retention and cold calling customers. The split of your workload would be 50/50 of renewal and cold calling customers.
My client are an independent family run utility company who were established in 2001. The company has grown in strength over the years but maintained it’s core values of great customer service. They also ensure value and respect of their staff. This vacancy is part of an expansion within the telesales/renewals team to cope with the growing sales portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Making outbound calls to existing customers
– Contact potential new customers & existing
– Building professional relationships with customers
– Providing excellent customer service
– Working to and achieving telesales targets
– Strong negotiation skills
– Target driven
– Excellent telephone manner
– Knowledge of sales techniques
– Computer Literate with Microsoft Office skills
– Proven telesales experience
– Outbound calling experience
Salary – DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
