KG Personnel are currently recruiting a technical and quality control supervisor to join a local beef manufacturer in Bedford. The company is based in a remote location, so own transport would be required.
The right candidate will have a critical and enquiring eye as well as one for identifying finite detail, but will importantly be aware of how to communicate effectively in order to achieve the desired end goal.
Key Requirements and Qualities (Essential):
- Good attendance and punctuality are a given.
- A desire to accept ownership and accountability of issues.
- Solution focussed.
- Quick learner.
- Able to work independently.
- Very much a team player.
- An ability to see the bigger picture.
- An ability to appreciate the interdepartmental remit in which they will operate.
- An eye for detail.
Previous food/technical experience is advantageous, however not essential as training will be provided.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 06.00 – 15.00, although overtime is often available.
Pay Rate:
Salary in the range of £21k for trainees, up to £28k for qualified candidates.
