Technical and Quality Control Person Required in Bedford Area!

KG Personnel is currently recruiting for a Technical and Quality Control person to join our client, who is a local beef manufacturer. The company is based in a remote location so own transport would be required.

The right candidate will have a critical and enquiring eye as well as one for identifying finite detail, but will importantly be aware of how to communicate effectively in order to achieve the desired end goal.

Essential criteria:

·Good attendance and punctuality are a given,

·A desire to accept ownership and accountability of issues

·Solution focussed,

·Quick learner,

·Able to work independently

·Very much a team player,

·An ability to see the bigger picture,

·An ability to appreciate the interdepartmental remit in which they will operate,

·An eye for detail

Previous food/technical experience is advantageous, however not essential as training will be provided.

Working hours are 06.00 – 15.00 Monday – Friday although overtime is often available.

Salary dependant on experience.
