We are looking for a talented and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our existing team at KG Personnel on a permanent basis.
You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives and can develop great relationships with clients and candidates. You will be responsible for the process of finding, attracting, and hiring talent for company clients. We are a small, but dynamic team, so the ability to work effectively with other people is ‘a must’ for this role.
Some of your main duties will include:
-Sourcing candidates to meet our client’s staffing requirements using a variety of recruitment advert
-Assisting in branch administration
-Ensuring you follow legal requirements when checking candidates’ right to work documents
-Expanding your professional network in order to identify and to act on new business opportunities
-Keeping up to date with legal and recruitment sector updates
-Maintaining client and candidate relationships to provide them with a positive experience
You will:
-Have excellent customer service and English communication skills, written and verbal
-Be resilient and tenacious
-Have very good organizational and time management skills
-Be dedicated and committed
-Have a full UK driving license, but it’s not essential
-Be able to speak at least one European language
As some of our clients operate 24/7, this role comes with out-of-hour duties, which are shared by team members on a rota basis. There is an extra payment for the out-of-hours duties at weekends – details will be discussed at the interview.
Hourly rate: Up to £12.50
Working hours: 30 per week worked over 4 days / 9:30 am – 5:30 pm + out of hours weekend (once a month)
