KG Personnel are currently looking for an experienced recruiter to join our successful team in Bedford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients and candidates frequently to maintain relationships.
  • Worker co-ordination.
  • Working towards and achieving realistic targets individually and as a branch.
  • Bring new ideas into the business to help the daily running and full potential of the branch.
  • Work with the company management to set short term and long term objectives.
  • Fill temporary and permanent positions to the best of your ability.
  • Managing clients and temporary workers daily.

Candidates must have strong leadership skills & be analytical in their approach to work. They must also always be actively looking for ways to build the company’s profile, looking for business and ways to promote it.


Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 (+ on-call duty)



Up to £26k + commission*
