RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED IN BEDFORD AREA

KG Personnel is currently looking for experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our successful team in Bedford!

With a competitive salary, you do not have to look any further for your next position.

Previous experience as a Recruitment Industry is an advantage, but not essential.

The role will involve:

• Answering and forwarding phone calls, taking messages

• Booking candidate interviews and registrations

• Receiving and recording queries from workers

• Processing reference requests

• Scanning, copying and filing

• General office support

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Have excellent customer service (face to face & via telephone)

• Excellent time keeping

• Professional spoken and written communication skills

• Able to use own initiative

• Able to prioritising workload in order to meet deadlines

• Good numeracy skills

• IT literate

Working hours : Mon- Fri 9:00am- 5:30pm
