KG Personnel is currently looking for an experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper to support one of our existing clients based in Sandy (SG19). Our client specialises in the distribution of high-quality furniture across the whole of the UK. The company is a family run business, which has rapidly grown over the last few years, whilst maintaining its customer satisfaction levels as a priority at all times.
This role is based on This position is based on working min 15 hours per week, with the possibility of moving to Full Time. The purpose of the role is to support another part-time team member with all aspects of QuickBooks and bookkeeping activities. Own transport is necessary due to the remote location.
Able to manage all aspects of QuickBooks
Sales and purchase ledgers
Bank Reconciliation (while creating and using excel import reports)
Reconciling transaction reports/ End of year returns
VAT Returns using multicurrency and imports C88 declarations.
Supplier payment runs
Raise customer Invoices/Credit Notes
Payroll preparation for info feed to Payroll Company (calculation of hours)
Skills and Qualifications:
In-depth QuickBooks experience essential
Experience of working with finance and a high level of numeracy is essential
Experience of working in an office environment and carrying out administrative tasks
Competent IT user with experience in Excel/Word and Outlook
Proficient in Excel
Ability to work alone and as part of a small team
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Hourly rate: £15 – £18 per hour – depending on experience
Working days and hours: Thursday – working hours to be agreed with the candidate
