As a Principal Consultant you will be able to enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships
with our NHS and Private Sector Clients by sourcing and providing the very best Agency Nurse
Candidates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A principal consultant is an automatous recruiter who has exceptional business development
skills
Strong 360% recruiter and is a high yield recruiter
Strengthening the relationship with current clients through regular site visits
Selling to companies and specific market sectors within the area
Generating applicant flow and managing applicants to meet current and future client demands
Telephone sales to prospective new contacts and generating new clients
Filling orders and vacancies as and when required, promptly and efficiently
Coordinating contracts to ensure smooth operation including monitoring of progress and
service satisfaction
Maintaining regular contact with contractors, current candidates and new placements to ensure
continuity and confidence
Ensure prompt and efficient completion of all documentation and administration
Ensure all procedures are in accordance with Company policies and Quality Management
System control
Understand Data Protection and GDPR principles and adhere to company procedures
regarding this.
Annual Business planning with Director of Nursing and Social Care
Salary – DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
