PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED IN THE BEDFORDSHIRE AREA

KG Personnel are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our growing team based in Bedford.This role will be reporting to the Head of Payroll and will assist with the weekly payroll and payroll queries.This is a full time, permanent role.

Salary: DOE

Description

  • Ensuring payroll deadlines are followed
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data
  • Enters payroll information into the central system for processing
  • Processes payroll in a timely and accurate manner
  • Keeping the payroll documents compliant
  • Assisting with employee payroll issues
  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
  • Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absence

Profile

  • Experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Strong attention to detail
