We have a great opportunity for an Outbound Sales Person to become a key member of our existing team. You will play a vital role in the growth and the success of the Company and will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities. You will be making high-quality outbound calls to introduce the company’s services and you will identify, research, pursue, and make new business appointments with the aim to close the deal.
Main duties will include:
– Identifying and researching new leads
– Cold calling and making enquiries
– Following up on new business opportunities
– Setting up appointments for decision-makers
– Providing senior management with feedback
– Previous sales experience and proven track record
– Recruitment process knowledge preferable, but not essential
– Excellent communication skills
– Self-motivated and confident negotiator
Pay: DOE: Basic salary & commission, OTE £150k-£250k pa
Working days/hours: Monday – Friday 10am – 3pm
