KG Personnel are currently looking for an experienced metal worker for architectural metalwork workshop based in Wellingborough.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience in metal fabricating (stainless steel/aluminium/brass).
Key Responsibilities:
- Trimming, filing, grinding, buffing and smoothing surfaces, seams, and joints of assembled parts using hand tools and portable power tools.
- Drilling and punching holes in metal for screws, bolts, and rivets.
- Locating and marking bending and cutting lines onto the work-piece.
This is a fast-paced role. Therefore, you will need to have very good attention to detail and very high accuracy.
Pay Rate:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour.
Hours:
Monday – Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-16:00
This is a full-time role with the possibility of getting a permanent contract after 12 weeks for the right candidates.
