KG Personnel is currently recruiting CNC Operator for our client based in Letchworth.
Ideally candidates should possess knowledge of joinery materials in particular all board materials i.e. MDF, veneers, Plywoods and decorative boards. However a candidate with a flexible attitude and willingness to learn both machine operations and product knowledge would be considered for this role.
Make and models of current CNC machinery at the company:
Biesse Rover 30 – 3 axis
Biesse C6 – 3 axis
Homag BMG311 – 5 axis
Responsibilities:
- To take instruction from CNC Supervisor, and carry out tasks accordingly on all 3 machines dependent on project.
- Ensure CNC’s are utilized to their maximum productivity
- Ensure quality control and support time allocation
- Undertake as instructed maintenance to CNC machines
- Adhere to Health and Safety Policy and Statement
- To understand programming and software, and undertake when necessary with full training
Working hours: Mon-Fri , 8.00-16.30, , 40 hours per week, 1.5 for anything in excess of this
Pay rate: £10-£14 p/h
