KG Personnel is looking for an administrator for a client based in Bedford.
This position is full-time (following the temp to perm period).
Hours:
Monday-Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm, approx. 42 hrs per week.
(Two 15-minute paid tea breaks and 30-minute unpaid lunch daily).
Holidays:
28 per year January to December or pro rata (Bank Holiday inclusive).
Initial Pay Rate:
£8.21 p/h.
After 12 weeks of successful probation and signing the contract the basic pay rate will be £8.50 p/h, overtime £12.25 p/h with possible bonuses based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Customer services – dealing with ad hoc customer queries via e-mail and telephone.
- Receiving and recording visitors and ensuring they are briefed on all health and safety policies and relevant site practices.
- Claims management.
- Delivery scheduling.
- Taking minutes and keeping meeting notes.
- Customer SLA and KPI data capture and report production.
- Assisting in coordination and delivery of induction training.
- Maintaining training records.
- Maintaining records of health and safety training.
- Sourcing and purchasing stationery and consumables.
- Processing customer returns.
- General office accounts.
- Flexibility to work in the warehouse if required.
