ACCOUNT MANAGER NEEDED IN THE MILTON KEYNES AREA

The Account Manager is the person in charge of managing a company’s relationships with its customers. They are in responsible for building long-term relationships with a group of customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. Account managers may also need to find new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve business development, sales support, and project planning.

Account Manager Job Duties:

  • Liaise with key clients on a daily basis
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including cross-selling
  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
  • Makes sure clients receive regular update calls once vacancies have been passed over
  • Forecasts and tracks client account
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Coordinate with internal sales team
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Record all client details on internal CRM

Account Manager Skills and Qualifications:

  • Account Management experience in the Healthcare Sector
  • Can work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Listening skills
  • Time management
