My client is an independent family run utility company who were established in 2002. They have grown in strength over the years but maintained their core values of great customer service while ensuring we value and respect of their staff. This vacancy is part of an expansion within the telesales/renewals team to cope with the growing sales portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Selling electricity and gas contracts to existing customers via the telephone
– Contact potential new customers using new and existing data
– Provide a strong level of service at all times.
– To contribute towards the delivery of the team and organisational sales targets
– Promote our services and manage our data
– Educated to GCSE level and above and have Maths and English Grade C or above
– Numeracy & Verbal
– Outgoing and confident
– Computer Literate with Microsoft Office skills and experienced in database navigation preferred
– Driven, enthusiastic and willing to learn
– Previous customer contact roles either face to face or on the phone would be beneficial
– Mature attitude
– Target driven
– Well presented & Willingness to learn
– Reliable & Professional manner
– Resilient & Have a good sense of humour
Salary – DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
