KG Personnel is currently looking for a Powder Coat Line Team Leader to work for our Client based Loughborough.
Key Requirements:
– Previous experience of full Powder Coating process
– Experience in quality checking of newly manufactured parts
– Proven ability to manage a multi skilled team
– Have a good eye for detail
– Able to read and understand engineering drawings
– Overseeing the overall daily operation of the powder coat paint facility
– Responsible for the supervision of multi skilled team
– Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager
– To ensure that the quality expectations are achieved
The working hours are:
Monday-Thursday 7.30-16:30, 30 minutes brake
Friday 7.30-12:30, no break
Pay Rate: £11.75 per hour
Contract: Ongoing work with permanent contract offered after 13 weeks
