KG Personnel is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator for a client based in Leicestershire (LE14).
As the Accounts Administrator you will work as part of a team.
You will have good interpersonal skills and be adaptable to the different tasks the role will involve.
The Accounts Administrator role is a temporary to permanent role.
• Sales Ledger
• Invoice posting and processing
• Cashing up
• Allocating payments to the ledger
• Bank Reconciliation
• Preparing supplier statement payment runs for approval
• Dealing with queries from suppliers
• Non purchase ledger payments
• General ledger journals
• Filing and photocopying
• Answering the phone
• General administration
It is essential that the Accounts Administrator has a ‘hands on’ approach to work.
As the Accounts Administrator you will have a good level of computer literacy and good intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word and have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ideal candidate will have effective time & task management, must be thorough and conscientious and have a good telephone manner. You must be positive, have a good attitude, trustworthy and loyal.
Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
£10.00 per hour
